Bounded accessibility evidence
Accessibility Evidence
Direct answer
K03 separates static semantic checks, offline Chromium behavior, and independent named assistive-technology testing. The first two are release-orchestration gates; independent screen-reader testing is explicitly NOT PERFORMED IN BUILD ENVIRONMENT.
Evidence register
| ID | Method | Status | Scope |
|---|---|---|---|
A11Y-K03-001 | Static semantic audit | PLANNED FOR RELEASE ORCHESTRATION | landmarks, headings, labels, tables, alt text, links, local assets, no inline handlers |
A11Y-K03-002 | Offline Chromium viewport audit | PLANNED FOR RELEASE ORCHESTRATION | required viewports, overflow, keyboard, skip link, reduced motion, print, forced colors, no JavaScript, 200% zoom approximation |
A11Y-K03-003 | Independent named screen-reader testing | NOT PERFORMED IN BUILD ENVIRONMENT | NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack, or equivalent; requires post-release named environment and task results |
Non-equivalence
Automation can reveal many structural and rendered defects. It cannot reproduce every screen reader, magnifier, switch, voice-control, browser, operating system, cognitive condition, user strategy, or task. A release PASS for scripted checks must not be presented as universal assistive-technology proof.
