Citizenship and Governance
Citizenship is a constitutional and legal relationship involving membership, rights, duties and jurisdiction. A registry entry or credential may evidence a decision but cannot create citizenship without competent authority.
Evidence and Provenance
Evidence is information offered to support a proposition. Provenance records origin and transformation. Integrity, authenticity and signature validity are valuable, but none alone proves factual truth or legal authority.
Law and Jurisdiction
Machine Intelligence law is fragmented across product regulation, data, cybersecurity, contracts, liability and public law. Jurisdiction and authority must be identified before legal conclusions are drawn.
